Feeling hopeless about a situation in your life makes all forward movement seem impossible.\u00a0 It\u2019s not an accident that we have people around us who can share our sorrows and express hope for us when our own is depleted.\u00a0 Our lives are quite intentional, aren\u2019t they?\u00a0 As has been said many times, nothing is happening accidentally. When one of us is down, another person appears who can show us the rainbow that\u2019s hidden from our view.\u00a0 She didn\u2019t appear haphazardly.\u00a0 She had an assignment.\u00a0 And you are fulfilling that \u201cassignment\u201d on occasion too for some one else.<\/p>\n
I like believing in angels, both ones wearing skin and ones \u201cfrom the other side.\u201d\u00a0 The nudging we get when it\u2019s time to give up a worn out idea just can\u2019t be ignored.\u00a0 We might not let the idea go willingly but \u201cour messenger\u201d persists until we acknowledge the nudge.\u00a0 Instead of fighting it, seeing it as the inspiration to welcome the new opportunities that are wearing our name, makes imminent sense.\u00a0 We aren\u2019t passing through this experience willy-nilly.\u00a0 We have guides.\u00a0 We have assignments.\u00a0 We have others who need our presence as way showers too.<\/p>\n
Knowing that we are never alone with any situation is reason for having hope.\u00a0 Nothing will ever be beyond our capabilities because so much help surrounds us.\u00a0 Much of it we can\u2019t see and we often ignore the signs that are always there.\u00a0 But the people who wander into our gatherings, large or small, have been invited.\u00a0 Always.\u00a0 What an awesome awareness.\u00a0 And we don\u2019t always appreciate the \u201cwanderers.\u201d\u00a0 That\u2019s okay. They don\u2019t need our appreciation to do their work. \u00a0How lucky that is for us.<\/p>\n
Hope begets hope. \u00a0And hopelessness creates more hopelessness. \u00a0It’s a choice we can make to believe in the possibility for all good things to come to us. \u00a0But even if we are visited by experiences that aren’t to our liking, we can decide to see the underlying silver lining there too. \u00a0There is one. \u00a0Always. \u00a0It’s a mindset we can master. \u00a0We all know others who have mastered it. \u00a0Let’s join their ranks now. \u00a0Being hopeful and living with the assurance that hope instills in us makes life so much more manageable. \u00a0And fruitful. \u00a0Today is a great day to claim a new perspective for ourselves. \u00a0Hope is a wonderful thing! \u00a0It changes us but it changes everyone we touch too. \u00a0Do your part now in making this a more hopeful world. \u00a0Won’t you?<\/p>\n
