Is it me or my boss?
I have a problem at work. My boss is constantly looking over my shoulder and second guessing and or criticizing every thing that I do.
I have a very responsible job and have been with this company longer than she has. I am uncomfortable going to Human Resources because I know the director of HR is a very close friend of my boss. My fellow employees seem to get along very well with the boss and I am wondering if it's just me.
My sponsor suggested that perhaps my boss was simply afraid because any mistakes any one made reflected on her. That may be true but what can I do in the mean time?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
